(a) Foreign citizens of countries in or outside the EU who hold International Baccalaureate or Senior High School Graduate Certificate of a school based abroad and have attended the last two years of their studies in full time status on site.
or
(b) Foreign students of countries in or outside the EU who hold International Baccalaureate or Senior High School Graduate Certificate of an international school based in Greece if a) they and their parents do not hold a Greek citizenship and b) have attended the last two years of their studies in full time status on site.
